The AC/DC PWR/UP Pop Up T-Shirt Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is administered by:

Perryscope Productions LLC is referred to in these Official Rules as the “Administrator.”
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta or any other social media platform used to promote the Giveaway.

The potential winner will be selected on the opening day of the applicable AC/DC PWR/UP Pop Up.
Entries received before or after the Giveaway Period will not be eligible. The Administrator’s designated computer system will be the official timekeeping system for the Giveaway.

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia and Canada who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, contractors and agents of Perryscope Productions LLC, AC/DC, their respective affiliates, participating venues, advertising and promotional agencies, prize providers, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or win.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

Eligible participants may receive separate entries through the methods described below. Each completed entry method provides one entry.
Participants may complete all available entry methods for additional chances to win.
No purchase, payment or concert ticket is required.
A. Website Entry
Visit pwruptour.acdc.com during the Giveaway Period and complete and submit the official Giveaway entry form.
Limit: One website entry per person.
B. Instagram Comment Entry
Locate the official Giveaway post on Instagram during the Giveaway Period.
Comment on the Giveaway post and tag at least one Instagram account in the comment.
Limit: One Instagram comment entry per person.
Posting additional comments or tagging additional accounts will not provide additional entries.
C. Instagram Story Entry
Share the official Instagram Giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag the official account that published the Giveaway post.
Entrants with private accounts must send the publishing account a screenshot of the qualifying Story by direct message before the Giveaway Period ends so the entry can be verified.
Limit: One Instagram Story entry per person.
The Administrator is not responsible for Story entries that cannot be verified because of privacy settings, an omitted account tag, expiration, deletion or technical failure.
D. Facebook Comment Entry
Locate the official Giveaway post on Facebook during the Giveaway Period and leave a comment on the post.
Limit: One Facebook comment entry per person.
Posting multiple comments will not provide additional entries.

Each entry method is separate. Participants are not required to complete every method to be eligible.
Using multiple accounts, email addresses, identities or automated methods to exceed the stated limits may result in disqualification.

One confirmed winner will receive one official AC/DC T-shirt selected from the styles and sizes available at the applicable AC/DC PWR/UP Pop Up.
A particular style, color or size is not guaranteed. The winner must select from the available inventory at the pop-up.
The prize has no cash alternative and may not be transferred, assigned, exchanged or mailed.

One potential winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received through the available entry methods.
The drawing will take place on the opening day of the applicable AC/DC PWR/UP Pop Up.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
The Administrator’s decisions regarding eligibility, winner selection and Giveaway administration are final and binding.

Before being confirmed as the winner, a potential winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance and within a limited period of time, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Administrator.
Failure to answer the question correctly will result in disqualification, and an alternate potential winner may be selected.

The potential winner may be contacted through:

The email address or telephone number submitted through the website form

A direct message from the official Instagram account

A direct message or public reply from the official Facebook Page

A public reply to the potential winner’s qualifying social media comment
The potential winner will have five calendar days from the Administrator’s first notification attempt to respond, unless the applicable pop-up closes sooner.
Because the prize must be collected at the pop-up, the potential winner must respond and arrange collection before the applicable pop-up closes.
If the potential winner cannot collect the prize before the pop-up closes, cannot be contacted, is ineligible, declines the prize, fails to correctly answer the Canadian skill-testing question or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate may be selected.

The prize must be collected in person from the applicable AC/DC PWR/UP Pop Up during its published operating hours.
The prize will not be shipped or mailed.
The winner must provide valid government-issued identification that matches the information provided when entering.
The winner is responsible for all travel, transportation, parking and other costs associated with collecting the prize.
Failure to collect the prize before the applicable pop-up closes will result in forfeiture of the prize. An alternate winner may then be selected.

The confirmed winner’s name will be announced through the official AC/DC PWR/UP Pop Up Instagram and/or Facebook Story.
The winner’s name will not be posted on the website.
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Administrator to use the winner’s name, city, state, province or territory, social media username, photograph, likeness and prize information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Information collected through the Giveaway will be used to administer the Giveaway, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner, coordinate prize collection and comply with legal obligations.
Any consent to receive marketing communications must be presented separately and is not required to enter or win.

By entering, each participant releases Facebook, Instagram and Meta from all claims arising from or relating to the Giveaway.
Participants acknowledge that the Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

The Administrator may disqualify any participant who:

Provides false, incomplete or misleading information

Attempts to receive more than the permitted number of entries

Uses automated, fraudulent or unauthorized entry methods

Interferes with the administration of the Giveaway

Violates these Official Rules or applicable platform rules

Acts in an abusive, threatening or disruptive manner
The Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend, delay, extend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems, venue changes, pop-up cancellation or circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the proper administration of the Giveaway.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, each participant agrees to release and hold harmless Perryscope Productions LLC, AC/DC, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, participating venues and their respective affiliates, employees, representatives and agents from claims, losses, damages, liabilities or injuries arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, possession, collection, use or misuse of the prize.

Except where prohibited by law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York.
Any dispute must be brought individually in an appropriate state or federal court located in New York County, New York.
