Perryscope Productions LLC is referred to in these Official Rules as the “Administrator.”
2. Giveaway Period
A separate Giveaway will be conducted in each participating AC/DC PWR/UP Pop Up city.
Entry for each city begins when the applicable pop-up opens for entry and ends at 4:00 PM local time on the opening day of that pop-up (“City Giveaway Period”).
Entries received after 4:00 PM local time will not be included in the drawing for that city.
The published local time at the applicable pop-up location will control. The Administrator’s designated timekeeping method will be the official timekeeping method for the Giveaway.
3. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty United States, the District of Columbia and Canada who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.
Entrants must be able to collect the prize in person from the applicable AC/DC PWR/UP Pop Up before the deadline provided by the Administrator.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, contractors and agents of Perryscope Productions LLC, AC/DC, participating venues, ticket providers, their respective affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter or win.
The Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit a participating AC/DC PWR/UP Pop Up during the applicable City Giveaway Period and complete the official ticket Giveaway entry form.
Entry is available in person only.
No purchase, payment, concert ticket or pop-up purchase is required to enter.
Limit: One entry per person, per participating city.
Entrants may enter ticket Giveaways in multiple participating cities, provided they visit each applicable pop-up in person and complete a separate entry form.
Duplicate entries submitted by the same person in the same city, incomplete or illegible entries, entries submitted using false information, and entries submitted on behalf of another person may be disqualified.
Entrants must provide a valid telephone number and email address so they can be contacted if selected.
5. Prizes
Two winners will be selected in each participating city.
Each confirmed winner will receive:
Two tickets to the applicable AC/DC concert associated with that city’s AC/DC PWR/UP Pop Up.
A total of four tickets will be awarded in each participating city, divided as follows:
-
Winner One: Two tickets
-
Winner Two: Two tickets
Ticket location, section, row and seat assignment will be determined by the Administrator or ticket provider. Specific seats, sections or views are not guaranteed.
Tickets may be physical tickets, mobile tickets, digital tickets, box-office credentials, guest-list admission or another admission format selected by the Administrator or ticket provider.
The prize includes concert admission only. Transportation, parking, accommodation, food, beverages, merchandise and all other expenses are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
Tickets may not be exchanged for cash, transferred before collection, resold or offered for resale. Any attempted resale may result in cancellation of the tickets and disqualification of the winner.
The Administrator may substitute tickets or a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised tickets become unavailable due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
6. Winner Selection
At approximately 4:00 PM local time on the opening day of each participating AC/DC PWR/UP Pop Up, two potential winners will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received for that city.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received in the applicable city.
Each city’s drawing is separate. Entries submitted in one city will not be included in another city’s drawing.
The Administrator’s decisions concerning entry eligibility, winner selection and all Giveaway matters are final and binding.
7. Winner Notification
The two potential winners for each city will be notified using both the telephone number and email address provided on the entry form.
The Administrator may contact potential winners by telephone call, voicemail, text message and email.
Potential winners are responsible for monitoring their telephone calls, voicemail, text messages, email inbox and spam or junk folders.
The Administrator is not responsible for a potential winner’s failure to receive a notification due to:
-
An incorrect or incomplete telephone number or email address
-
A full voicemail inbox
-
Telephone carrier or email provider filtering
-
Spam, junk or blocked-message settings
-
Technical errors
-
Failure to check messages before the response deadline
8. Claim Deadline
Each potential winner must respond to the Administrator and confirm acceptance of the prize no later than 9:00 AM local time on the day of the applicable AC/DC concert.
The potential winner must follow all claim instructions included in the telephone, voicemail, text or email notification.
If a potential winner does not respond and confirm acceptance by 9:00 AM local time on show day, the potential winner will forfeit the prize.
The Administrator may then select an alternate potential winner through another random drawing from the remaining eligible entries for that city.
Because of the time-sensitive nature of concert tickets, an alternate potential winner may be provided with a shorter response period. The alternate must respond by the deadline stated in the notification.
The Administrator may continue drawing alternate potential winners until the tickets are awarded or until there is no longer sufficient time to award and collect the prize.
9. Winner Verification
A potential winner may be required to:
-
Confirm their full legal name, age and residency
-
Provide valid government-issued photo identification
-
Confirm the telephone number and email address submitted on the entry form
-
Sign an affidavit or declaration of eligibility
-
Sign a liability and publicity release
-
Complete any additional documentation reasonably required to award the tickets
A potential winner will not be considered a confirmed winner until eligibility has been verified and all required instructions have been completed.
If a potential winner is ineligible, provides false information, declines the prize, fails to complete the required documentation or otherwise violates these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate may be selected.
10. Canadian Skill-Testing Requirement
Before being confirmed as a winner, a potential winner who is a resident of Canada must correctly answer, without assistance and within a limited period of time, a mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Administrator.
Failure to correctly answer the question within the time provided will result in disqualification, and an alternate potential winner may be selected.
11. Ticket Pickup
The confirmed winner must collect the tickets in person from the applicable AC/DC PWR/UP Pop Up during its published operating hours and before the pickup deadline provided by the Administrator.
Tickets will not be mailed or shipped.
The winner must present valid government-issued photo identification that matches the information provided on the entry form.
The Administrator may also require the winner to present the winner-notification email, text message or other claim confirmation.
Only the confirmed winner may collect the tickets unless the Administrator provides written approval for another collection arrangement.
Failure to collect the tickets by the stated deadline will result in forfeiture of the prize. An alternate winner may be selected if sufficient time remains.
The winner is responsible for all transportation, parking and other expenses associated with collecting the tickets and attending the concert.
12. Winner’s Guest
Each winner may bring one guest to the concert.
The guest must comply with all applicable venue, ticketing and event requirements.
If the guest is under the age of majority, the winner must be the guest’s parent or legal guardian or must provide any authorization required by the venue or applicable law.
The winner and guest may be required to enter the venue together.
The Administrator is not responsible if the winner or guest is denied admission because of failure to comply with venue rules, identification requirements, age restrictions, security policies or ticketing procedures.
13. Concert and Ticket Conditions
Use of the tickets is subject to all rules, policies and restrictions imposed by the concert promoter, venue and ticket provider.
The winner and guest may be subject to security screening, bag restrictions, prohibited-item policies, age restrictions, identification requirements and other venue conditions.
The Administrator is not responsible for:
-
Concert cancellation, postponement or rescheduling
-
Changes to the artist lineup, performance time or venue
-
Lost, stolen, damaged or deleted tickets after collection
-
Removal from the venue for violating venue rules
-
Denial of admission caused by the conduct of the winner or guest
-
Travel, parking or other expenses incurred by the winner or guest
If the concert is postponed, the tickets may be valid for the rescheduled date, subject to the ticket provider’s policies.
If the concert is cancelled, the Administrator will have no obligation to provide a replacement prize or cash payment unless otherwise required by law.
14. Taxes and Expenses
The winner is responsible for any federal, state, provincial, territorial, local or other taxes associated with receiving or using the prize.
The winner and guest are responsible for all costs not specifically included in the prize, including transportation, parking, accommodation, meals, beverages and merchandise.
15. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for the Administrator and its authorized partners to use the winner’s name, city, state, province or territory, photograph, likeness, voice, statements and prize information for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
16. Personal Information

If a city’s Giveaway is terminated early, the Administrator may select winners from eligible entries received before the termination, where permitted by law.
18. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, each entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Perryscope Productions LLC, AC/DC, participating venues, concert promoters, ticket providers and their respective affiliates, employees, representatives, partners and agents from claims, losses, damages, liabilities or injuries arising from:

Attendance at or travel to the concert
-
Cancellation, postponement or modification of the concert
-

19. Governing Law and Disputes
Except where prohibited by applicable law, the Giveaway and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from the Giveaway must be brought individually, without resort to a class action, in an appropriate state or federal court located in New York County, New York.
